HSP hosts “Safeguarding Life Sciences Research through Strengthening of Institutional Oversight for Research Collaboration” workshop in Malaysia.

On November 15-17, Health Security Partners (HSP) alongside CRDF Global and the Malaysian Biosafety and Biosecurity Association (MBBA), hosted a three day, in-person workshop in Putrajaya, Malaysia for 21 biorisk professionals and researchers. The workshop was centered around safeguarding life sciences research through strengthening of institutional oversight for research collaboration. Participants were trained on Know-Your-Collaborator (KYC) best practices, including the due-diligence process, cyber hygiene, and risk mitigation. HSP extends a big thank you to CRDF Global, MBBA, the participants, and the speakers for making this workshop a success.
